There is nothing as important as having friends and making new ones. If you are stressed, one meeting with your friends or loved ones can make you forget all your problems and feel alive. Go out with your friends, meet new people, engage in fun activities and you will be guaranteed a longer lifespan. In addition, going out often will help you to have a clear mind and concentrate on whatever it is that you do. If you feel low, you can really use the help of your friends.

According to a recent study, each new friend that you make plays a very vital role in your life. In fact, they say that meeting new people and making them your friends feels like receiving a pay rise of 60k. What’s more, having face to face social events with your friends can make you to feel more appreciated and loved. You will feel happier than being alone in the house or going out alone.

We all feel lonely sometimes and that’s why it is advisable to have many friends. Staying alone or being lonely for a long time can have some serious effects on your health. For example, you can suffer from depression and spend a lot of money on treatment. Friends can literally save your life. Going out regularly can actually reduce your risk of death by around 50 per cent.

Your social life is worth more than you can imagine. Social life is what defines you as a person. As the saying goes “show me your friends and I will tell you the kind of person that you are”, good friends will always make your life easier and interesting. They will transform your hardships to happy moments, and your better moments to best moments.

In general, apart from your family and loved ones, your friends are the most important people in your life. If you treat them right, they will always support you and be there for you whenever you need them. Go out with them, meet new people, make new friends, and have fun. You can also volunteer, get involved in community work, and go out often. The point of interest here is to go out as many times as you can and enjoy life responsibly. This is the least that you can do for yourself.
